Here are some pictures from the Yuri's Night in Kuala Lumpur. Quite a number of people showed up in spite of the heavy tropical rain that night and we had a great time together with Malaysian astronaut Dr Faiz. Dr Faiz, wearing a Gagarin T-shirt, came to share his passion for space exploration and showed us some movie clips from his previous training in Star City in Russia. He also answered all the questions people had about space travel, from the quality of the food up there (food talks being one of Malaysians' hot topics) to the ways of following Islamic rules among the stars. We were also visited by some Malaysian cos-players among which Jedi Warrior Allen and his light-saber and Ezli from the Enterprise got most of the attention. Soon after, DJ French Chris in his storm trooper suit got the party started with some progressive house from outer space, followed by some pure orbital trance with 2 DJs from the Epic Tribe. We all came back to earth at around 2am, the eyes full of laser beams and shooting stars. It was awesome!
